Working with you
Working with you and embracing your ideas is invaluable to the creation of your interiors and paramount to the success of our working together. I would be delighted to come and discuss restyling your home – using your existing and adding new furnishings. You can freshen up the look of an individual room or transform your entire home. I am happy to help for a few hours, a week or more. Whether you like a traditional or contemporary look or a mixture of the two, I will create a style fitting to your taste. I create sample room layouts using mood boards, focusing on colours, textures and styles to help with visualising your interiors and make decisions.
Making the right choices
Following my initial visit, I identify colours, textures and styles that work together. This includes wall paint and papers, colours for existing furniture, fabrics for your soft furnishings and a variety of home accessories including lighting and flooring. These are combined on the mood boards to help you visualise how your interiors will look.
My workroom produces all the soft furnishings - hand finished lined and interlined curtains and roman blinds, bedroom furnishings, cushions. My upholsterer transforms your existing chairs and sofas with fabrics and trimmings that you have chosen. Every attention to detail is considered ensuring that fabrics have the correct technical specifications for their intended use.
